Accurate statistics are not available on the number of waterfalls in Sri Lanka – though it is said that at least 300 waterfalls can be found in the island. The highest waterfall of the island is Bambarakanda falls, which has a height of 863 feet. The second highest is Kurundu Oya falls, which has a height of 750 feet, and the third is the famous Diyaluma falls with a height of 700 feet.

Day 01	AIRPORT / COLOMBO
	AM	Arrival in Colombo. Welcome and assistance on arrival at the airport and transfer to the Hotel.

Day 02	COLOMBO/KANDY
	AM	After breakfast proceed to Kandy. En route visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage where around 60 orphaned elephants are fed and looked after by the wild life authorities. Lunch at Elephant Bay Restaurant. Afternoon visit to the Falls of Gamathuna and Aspun.
	PM	Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 03	KANDY
	AM	After breakfast visit the Royal Botanical Gardens. Afternoon sightseeing of Kandy includes waterfalls – Alakola & Navaratne, the Arts & Crafts Center, a gem museum and lapidary and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha.
	PM	Attend a performance of cultural dances.
Day 04	KANDY/MATALE/DAMBULLA/KANDY
	AM	Early after breakfast leave for Dambulla en route visit the Serala Falls. Lunch at the Matale Resthouse. Proceed to Dambulla to visit the Cave Temples (Optional – visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress).
	PM	Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 05	KANDY/NUWARA ELIYA
	AM	After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Visit a tea plantation and tea factory where you can taste the finest tea in the world. Lunch at Ramboda Falls Hotel.
	PM	Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06	NUWARA ELIYA
	AM	After breakfast leave for the Horton Plains National Park to experience Bakers Falls, Lover’s Leap Falls and Worlds End.
	PM	Lunch at the Hotel, visit the town of Nuwara Eliya, dubbed as “Little England”. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 07	NUWARA ELIYA/COLOMBO
	AM	After breakfast proceed to Colombo en route visit St.Clair’s Falls and Devon Falls.
	PM	City tour of Colombo.
Day 08	COLOMBO/AIRPORT
	AM	After breakfast proceed to Airport.
